SoltPK Terms & Conditions

Welcome to SoltPK. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and SoltPK ("Platform", "Operator", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the SoltPK website located at soltpk.cam and all associated services, products, features and content offered thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet or using any feature of SoltPK, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

SoltPK is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving the Pakistan market and international users. These Terms apply regardless of the device, browser or connection method used to access the platform. They apply across all product areas including sports betting, live casino, instant games, table games and any future features added to the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of SoltPK is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator’s license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By registering, you warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the SoltPK platform. Operating multiple accounts (“multi-accounting”) is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of all balances and permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

3.3 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not permitted to register or use the platform:

• Individuals under the applicable minimum age.
• Individuals residing in or accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory.
• Individuals who are employees, contractors or close family members of the Operator or its gaming technology partners.
• Individuals who are currently subject to a self-exclusion order from SoltPK or a related gaming platform.
• Individuals who have provided false, misleading or incomplete registration information.

3.4 Jurisdiction Responsibility

The Operator does not represent that access to or use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction from which it may be accessed. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with the laws applicable to them in their own jurisdiction.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with SoltPK, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full, providing your legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address and any other information reasonably requested. All information provided must be truthful, complete and kept up to date.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with KYC and AML obligations, you will be required to verify your identity before making withdrawals or upon request by the Operator. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Proof of residential address may also be required.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. SoltPK will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5.1 Permitted Use

The platform is made available for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may access and use SoltPK solely for lawful gaming and betting activities in accordance with these Terms. Any use of the platform for commercial, automated or fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and legal action:

• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform’s systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping or copying any element of the platform’s content, technology or intellectual property.

5.3 System Integrity

SoltPK employs continuous monitoring of account activity and betting patterns. Irregular or suspicious activity may trigger an account review, during which withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. The Operator reserves the right to void bets placed under circumstances that suggest system manipulation or abuse.

6.1 Deposits

Funds may be deposited into your SoltPK account using payment methods available in the cashier at the time of transaction. Payment references listed on this platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and bank transfer — are provided for informational context only. They do not constitute a guarantee of availability, nor do they imply that these payment providers endorse, support or affiliate with the SoltPK platform or gambling activities.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier. The Operator may apply additional verification steps for large deposits at its discretion. Deposits must be made from payment methods owned by the registered account holder — third-party deposits are not permitted.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification, compliance with applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds, and the Operator’s internal review processes. Withdrawal methods and processing windows are detailed in the cashier. The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests promptly but cannot guarantee processing within any specific timeframe.

Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible, in compliance with AML policy. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal request.

6.3 Currency & Conversion

Account balances may be denominated in PKR or such other currency as the Operator supports at the relevant time. Where currency conversion is required, the exchange rate applied will be specified at the point of transaction. Players should be aware that exchange rates fluctuate and that conversion may result in differences between deposited and withdrawn amounts.

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers available on the SoltPK platform are subject to individual promotion terms which specify eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived therefrom become withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Certain game types — typically live casino, certain table games or sports betting — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

The Operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse any bonus and associated winnings where evidence suggests that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing qualifying bets with the intent of satisfying a minimum only without genuine gaming intent, or using a bonus in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

7.4 Modification & Withdrawal of Offers

The Operator reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would unfairly affect players mid-way through an active wagering requirement.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on SoltPK are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type. Bets are accepted at the Operator’s sole discretion. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or limit bets without providing a reason, particularly where irregular betting patterns are detected.

8.2 Odds & Prices

Odds displayed on the platform at the time of bet placement are indicative. In-play odds may change rapidly. The Operator will confirm the odds applicable to your bet at the point of acceptance. In the event of a manifest error in odds pricing, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

8.3 Cricket, PSL & Sports Betting

SoltPK offers markets on Pakistan cricket, including PSL T20, ICC tournaments and international bilateral series. All cricket betting is governed by the applicable sports rules published on the platform. Results are determined in accordance with the official match outcome as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of match abandonment, postponement or curtailment, the Operator’s specific cricket betting rules will determine how affected bets are settled.

8.4 Casino & Instant Games

Casino games and instant games on the platform are powered by certified third-party game providers. Each game’s RTP (Return to Player) percentage and rules are available within the game interface. The Operator cannot be held liable for any technical failure of a third-party game provider that results in bets being voided or games being interrupted, provided the relevant stake is returned to the Player.

SoltPK is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

Players who believe their gambling has become harmful are encouraged to use self-exclusion facilities or contact our support team immediately. SoltPK will honour all self-exclusion requests and will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration during any active exclusion period.

All content on the SoltPK platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, website code, text, images, game assets and data feeds, is the property of the Operator or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any element of the platform without prior written consent from the Operator.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoltPK, its officers, directors, employees and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors or service interruptions.
• Incorrect bet placement or misunderstanding of game rules by the Player.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Actions of third-party game providers or payment processors.
• Any change in applicable law affecting the Player’s ability to access or use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator’s gross negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a Player’s account with immediate effect where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to pass identity verification, or other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting SoltPK support. Closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding verified real-money balance at the time of closure (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

In the event of suspected fraudulent activity or AML concerns, the Operator may freeze account funds pending investigation and, where required by applicable law, report the matter to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator’s licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator’s licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

In the first instance, Players are encouraged to raise any complaint directly with SoltPK’s customer support team via the Help Centre or by email. The Operator aims to resolve complaints within five (5) business days. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, escalation to the relevant licensing jurisdiction’s dispute resolution body may be available as detailed in the Operator’s licensing terms.

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
